This quote is super cheesy, but what I love about it is how true it reigns in most of our lives. Yesterday I got to see a couple good friends from Young Life camp...and it made my day. There's something about the relationships you build at camp that are different than anything else in this world. There's some kind of comfort there that nothing can compare to. And they help remind you of some of your favorite parts of life. Anways...this particular camp friend is an extremely talented musician with a new EP coming out soon on Itunes so check it out soon...the Kevin Reid project.
Speaking of great friends...I haven't been on a trip in awhile and I feel like by summer I'm going to be good and ready for a road trip. Anybody down? I'm kinda thinking DC over 4th of July with some stops in Tennesse and North Carolina. However, I'm open to ideas...I just want to get outta Texas for awhile and I'm slowly coming to the realization that this Australia trip I've had my heart set on for YEARS just may now be a possibility anytime soon. Trip ideas? Yes, please...
