Reading

"The ragamuffin spirit of Jesus sometimes surfaces in the most unlikely setting and is often totally absent in places we most expect to find it."

-Brennan Manning

I love reading and this book has been totally enlightening.

Currently reading: The Ragamuffin Gospel

This book has been incredible so far and has affirmed what I believe in a lot of ways. Obviously, we should take what we read/hear with a grain of salt and think upon things without blindly believing. But, that doesn't mean we stop learning or listening. We simply must learn to use discernment with the knowledge we gain.

I believe knowledge is what we can gain on our own. But, when we invite God into what we are learning, this is when the knowledge becomes wisdom.

ps...it was in the 80s (in mid-afternoon) in Texas today. There is a God.  :)
